How long does shipping take?
Orders process in about a business day, Monday–Friday. Transit inside the US is usually 2–7 business days. US orders $100 and over ship for $5.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, through our international partner. Duties, taxes, and extra transit time sit with the recipient. APO, FPO, and hotel addresses are not accepted.
How do I start a return?
Write [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Items need to be unused and in original condition. We send US return labels. Original outbound shipping is not refunded.
Are Sun Shower curtains returnable?
Sun Shower is exchange-only. A $5 swatch card lets you see the vinyl at home; we apply that $5 toward the curtain.
Where are canvas curtains sewn?
Canvas shower curtains are still sewn in Brooklyn. Other categories are made with vetted partners in the US and abroad.
How do I clean a Sun Shower?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Skip the washing machine. When the curtain is done, look at the recycling notes on How To Clean & Recycle Your Sun Shower Curtain.
